I bought my house three months after getting married.

I've brought all three of my babies home to it. Built routines, businesses, and a life inside these walls.

Housing isn't a transaction. It's the backdrop of everything that matters.

That's what makes mortgage marketing such a meaningful opportunity, and such a frustrating one to watch get wasted. The companies that treat every closed loan as a finish line are leaving something far more valuable on the table: trust. Loyalty. A borrower who comes back, refers their friends, and remembers how they felt working with you.

The lenders who understand that aren't just closing loans. They're building something that compounds.

That's the version of mortgage marketing I believe in. And it's the only kind I want to help build.

I spent 12+ years building mortgage marketing from the insideeventually leading a team that grew from 1 to 20+. We had more output than ever. And then the cracks showed.

Marketing was everywhere. But the foundation wasn't.

When an acquisition ended that chapter while I was pregnant with my third, I didn't rush back into work. I slowed down, did contract work, and started seeing the same patterns everywhere I landed.

Most companies don't struggle because they lack ideas or effort. They struggle because the foundational questions were never clearly answered:

Who are we, really? Who are we here to serve? What are we actually building?

When those answers are missing, marketing becomes a service desk instead of a growth engine. Teams stay busy but misaligned. Money gets spent. Messaging sounds polished but doesn't connect. Growth feels harder than it should.

That's the Work I Do Now.

I partner with mortgage executives, marketing teams, and cross-functional leaders to fix the foundation, because in mortgage, everything downstream depends on it.

That means getting clear on the audiences you can serve best, building a brand that earns trust before the first conversation, aligning marketing with how the business actually operates, and creating systems that teams can sustain without burning out.

I'm not here to add more marketing activity for the sake of it. I'm here to make the work you're already doing actually land.

How I Work

I work with a small number of clients at a time — fractional CMO engagements, strategic advisory, or consulting — so I can stay deeply engaged and contribute at the level leadership teams actually need.

If you're looking for someone who can diagnose what's structurally off and help you rebuild it with intention, let's talk.

A little more about me beyond the marketing

Wife. Mom of three. Coffee drinker. Music lover. Kindle always nearby. Believes meaningful work and a full life aren't mutually exclusive.
